Special Talent time on 11th November 2000 in Dewan Bosch Caring Complex.

This annual event is open to all centers and associations who are involved with special persons. Each of the centers will rehears a performance.

The preliminary round of the Talent time is 27th October at the Auditorium  of Dewan Sri Penang.

The guests of honour are Dato' K. Rajapathy and Dr. Hilmy Yahya.
